New Entrepreneurs

In the last few months I've noticed the entrepreneurial nature of many of the salespeople I work with.

They are asking a lot of questions about how to substantialy develop their business, they are actively seeking out the resources that I recommend and. perhaps most tellingly. they are investing in themselves; spending their own money on projects to help them earn more.

Addressing and growing this aspect of their business thinking so early in their careers is going to give them a phenomenal advantage in the short term and long term.
